28,000-square-foot renovation and expansion of the existing Central Sterile Department

Work was completed in four primary phases and 16 sub-phases and included construction of new decontamination, sterilization, sterile storage, and prep-and-pack areas

The project also included construction of a new elevator and shaft, exterior mechanical room, administrative offices, break room, and locker rooms

Additional scope included renovation and expansion of existing central energy plant equipment and relocation of an existing electrical room to support the department’s expansion and infrastructure requirements
