Jay Shinall
Jay Shinall brings more than a decade of experience to his role in the health, safety, and environment (HSE) department where he makes human performance the cornerstone of his strategy. Jay believes continuous improvement begins by authentically listening to our entire jobsite team, from subject matter experts, carpenters, laborers, and trade partner staff when it comes to confronting challenges and refining the process together. For Jay, true success is defined by our HSE teams and operational staff working together to cultivate a deeper safety awareness across every projects.
Jay joined the Batson-Cook in 2015 as a site safety manager, and advanced to the role of HSE specialist, manager, senior manager, director, and vice president of health, safety and environment. Over the years, he has contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects, from high rises to libraries, to build a broad foundation of expertise in the industry.
