Marty Elkins is helping Batson-Cook break new ground in Florida by leveraging his determination to build strong client relationships and support project success across the region. With more than four decades of experience in the construction industry, Marty provides leadership, guidance, and support to field engineers, superintendents, and schedulers throughout Batson-Cook’s Florida offices, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers. He is committed to ensuring every project is safe, organized, delivers quality results, and is completed on schedule.

 

Marty believes that people learn from their mistakes and should always look for ways to improve. He also believes accountability starts with providing individuals the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to succeed. Since beginning his construction career in 1985, Marty has held positions including Reconstruction Specialist, Field Engineer, Superintendent, and, ultimately, General Superintendent. Over the past 10 years, he has served as General Superintendent on more than $800 million in healthcare projects, bringing extensive expertise in leadership, planning, and project execution.
