Nancy Black serves as Chief People and Administrative Officer of Batson-Cook Company, where she is known for her steady leadership, genuine care for people, and deep commitment to the company’s culture and success. Since joining Batson-Cook in 2007 as Director of Human Resources, Nancy has played an important role in supporting employees, strengthening internal processes, and helping the organization grow with intention and consistency. In her current role, she provides leadership across human resources, talent and recruiting, training and development, payroll, IT, and companywide process improvement, always with a focus on building strong teams and creating an environment where people can thrive.

Nancy’s thoughtful, people-first approach continues to make a lasting impact across the company. Nancy joined Batson-Cook as the director of human resources in 2007 and assumed the role of CPAO in 2026.
