The project included a new 12,305-square-foot, 12-bed Intensive Care Unit and the 27,012-square-foot Women’s Center. Features include:

• Multi-phase construction delivered within an active, occupied hospital campus. The expansion was constructed over existing drive lanes and parking areas due to site topography.

• New ICU completed and operational prior to subsequent project phases

• Extensive infection control, patient safety, and operational continuity measures throughout construction

• Labor and delivery suites, postpartum patient rooms, and Women’s health treatment spaces

• Intensive care unit patient rooms

• Advanced patient monitoring systems

• Dedicated support and staff areas

• New mechanical and infrastructure systems

• Seamless integration with the existing hospital campus
