A new 227,597 square-foot, five-story, hospital with dietary, imaging, support services, and an ED on the first floor and surgery, sterile processing, lab, and pharmacy on the second floor, and patient rooms on floors 3-5.

Site improvements include new parking areas, new walkways, new drives, landscaping and irrigation work. The hospital will be part of a 47-acre medical campus.

The project scope includes a new Central Energy Plant.

The project was a Joint Venture with Stellar.
