Atlanta, Ga. (May 14, 2026) – Nancy Black has been promoted to the role of Chief People and Administrative Officer (CPAO) at Batson-Cook Construction. In this role, Nancy will continue partnering with our employees and leaders to ensure the people, systems, and internal processes that support Batson-Cook’s performance and growth are strong, consistent, and scalable.

With this promotion, Nancy will continue to provide executive leadership for Human Resources, Talent & Recruiting, Training & Development, IT, Payroll, and companywide process design and implementation. She will help strengthen accountability, engagement, and leadership capability across the organization while ensuring our policies, systems, and workflows reduce risk and support consistent execution.
