Two-level, 48,000 square foot facility with three two-cell cooling towers, three 1,300-ton chillers, four 6,000 MBH boilers, three 2,000 kW generators, and a 30,000-gallon fuel tank. The plant includes both normal and emergency power switchgear, as well as chilled water and heating hot water pumps. The exterior is constructed with CMU and EIFS walls, complemented by a metal panel screen wall.
