For more than two decades, Spencer Houston has built more than just buildings; he’s built meaningful relationships. As a skilled builder in construction operations, Spencer operates on a simple principle: treating people the way you would expect people to treat you. He has a passion for getting every person on a project, from craft laborers to project management, to feel a sense of ownership in their work. This collaborative approach will not only lead to better outcomes, but it creates an environment where people feel safe and motivated to plan well in advance for success. 

Spencer joined the company in 2005 as an intern and advanced to the role of field engineer, field superintendent, superintendent, general superintendent, before becoming a vice president of field operations. Over the years, he has developed expertise across several diverse construction markets, from high-rise offices and condominiums to student housing and healthcare facilities. Spencer’s personal construction portfolio exceeds $1 billion.
