Astoria at the Aramore
- Preconstruction and construction services were performed for this 350,000-square-foot, luxury, mixed-use residential development.
- The project included a 300-space parking deck, street-level retail, two levels of office space, and 70 luxury condominium units.
- The amenity deck features a swimming pool with heated spa, fire pit, and outdoor grilling area.
- The main lobby and amenity deck lobby feature the same type of custom, reclaimed cypress used at the exclusive Cloister Hotel on Sea Island, GA (also constructed by Batson-Cook).
- Secondary design services provided by Batson-Cook led to the move from a traditional concrete structure to post-tensioned concrete, saving the owner more than $1 million.
