Pine Street Parking Deck
- This 11-levle, 408,000-square-foot, cast-in-place parking facility was constructed using post-tensioned concrete beams and slab within the confinements of inner-city infrastructure.
- Three elevator cabs and two stair towers were included and enclosed with architectural precast.
- The elevator lobby features a storefront system and interior finishes.
- The scope of work included parking and security equipment for pedestrian and vehicle control.
- A fully-enclosed, elevated connector from the parking deck to the adjacent MARTA station was also part of the project.
