- The facility houses 32 rehabilitation beds and 168 general skilled nursing beds.
- This facility features a ‘neighborhood concept’ with major service areas including Rehabilitation, Memory Care, and Intensive Care. Each ‘neighborhood’ will feature its own dining operation and patient living area with stone fireplace.
- This facility was designed and constructed to create a patient-focused ‘culture change’ where comfort and quality of life are of utmost importance.
