A 295,193-square-foot, 890-space, five-level parking deck designed for a horizontal expansion to accommodate a future hospital expansion and medical office building parking demands.

The parking deck features included higher floor-to-floor heights, passive design visual openness, and enhanced pedestrian wayfinding/ vehicular directional graphics to create a welcoming visitor and patient parking experience.

Phase 2:

• A 191,500-square-foot, 610-space, five-level parking deck expansion.
