- The five-story, wood-frame apartment building is situated on top of a three-level, poured-in-place concrete parking structure.
- The 269,000-square-foot apartment building has 228 residential units, and the 240,000-square-foot parking deck has 467 spaces.
- Elevated amenities include a club room, fitness center, swimming pool, and luxury amenity deck which overlooks the beltline.
- The project also features street-level retail space and a 5,000-square-foot restaurant.
