- The tower includes 394 luxury residential units and a street-level lobby.
- Amenities include a rooftop club lounge with a heated salt water pool, game room, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, four gas grilling stations; a fitness center with spinning, and yoga room; mail room with business center and adjacent conference room; on-site pet spa; bike storage room with work bench and tools; and electric car charging stations.
- The project is LEED® Silver certified.
- LEAN Construction methods were used throughout the construction of this project.
