- The building was constructed using concrete masonry units with precast hollow-core concrete panels.
- The exterior skin was constructed using an exterior insulation finishing system with Arriscraft stone accent on the first level.
- The roof consisted of TPO membrane with clay barrel tile accents.
- The hotel was designed to accommodate a future four-story, 40-key future expansion on its west side.
