Baptist Medical Center South Campus Expansion
- This project included the renovation and expansion of the surgical, radiology, and dietary services within an existing hospital.
- The project included the relocation of a laboratory, radiology, and health information management, as well as education and administrative functions.
- The project included the addition of Tower C, an eight-story, 156,000-square-foot patient tower that connects to the existing hospital and mirrors the existing Tower D.
- Project scope included the expansion and upgrade of the central energy plant to support a new patient tower and future expansion of the campus.
- Recipient of the 2018 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award, Healthcare – $25 to $100 million, presented by the Florida First Coast Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors.
