- A 2-story, 85,000-square-foot Medical Office Building and health hub includes a First Coast YMCA, Brook’s Rehabilitation, Wolfson’s Children’s Center, and Imaging Center.
- The project is constructed on a 12-acre greenfield site with additional buildings planned for future expansion.
- The project scope includes primary care, healthy living, imaging, rehabilitation, YMCA and outside activity space.
- The health hub was designed around the fitness, wellness, medical, and therapeutic needs of those living and working in the community.
