- The project includes an approximate 25-acre complete site package with off-site road modifications, a new onsite roadway, parking lot areas with site lighting, and a complete landscaping-irrigation package.
- There are two buildings; a 29,022-square-foot Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) with an Imaging area and a 32,000 square foot Medical Office Building (MOB).
- The FSED includes 10 adult and 4 pediatric exam rooms, radiology, CT room, bone density, mamography, behavioral health, 2 resuscitation rooms, ultrasound room, laboratory, pharmacy, and public lobby for walk-in patients with triage rooms. The facility also features separate covered ambulance and service entries and full back-up generator.
- The MOB includes an Endoscopy Suite, a Borland-Groove Office Suite, and a Baptist Primary Care Suite.
